- Abelian/Nonabelian correspondence and derived category
- Abstract
- This lecture is supposed to be a quick introduction to Abelian/Nonabelian correspondence. At first, I will explain GIT quotient/symplectic quotient and Ab/NonAb correspondence. Next, I will quickly review a beautiful work of D. Halpern-Leistner regarding derived version of Kirwan's surjection. Finally, I will present derived version of Abelian/Nonabelain correspondence and cast a few question regarding Fukaya categories. This is a joint project with W.Yaoxiong and J. Zhou.

- Singularities, contact structures, and symplectic fillings
- Abstract
- For an isolated singularity, the intersection with a small sphere forms a smooth manifold, called the link of the singularity. It admits a canonical contact structure, and this turns out to be a fine invariant of singularities and provides an interesting playground to explore relationships between contact topology and singularity theory. In this talk, we briefly introduce several results on contact topology of singularities in terms of exotic contact spheres, symplectic fillings, and Floer theory.

- Coxeter groups in real projective geometry
- Abstract
- Coxeter groups are a special class of groups generated by involutions. They play important roles in the various areas of mathematics. In particular there are many connections between Coxeter groups and geometry. This lecture particularly focuses on how one can use Coxeter groups to construct interesting examples of reflection groups in convex real projective geometry.
